About Us
OUR STORY
Casata was born out of the idea that there could be better common living options than just traditional homes and apartment or room rentals. Rentals, while much more affordable, force individuals to share their living spaces (walls and hallways) with others, yet do not typically offer a real sense of community even with the proximity of residents to one another.
On the other hand, traditional homes provide a feeling of independence and warmth but are not within the realm of possibility for many people from a financial perspective. They also often offer even less social interaction and community bonds than rental living, as most residential communities do not lend themselves to being rich, interactive communities.
Casata serves as the best of both worlds: independent homes people can call their own, nestled within a fun, vibrant communities centered around human connections, nature, and a modern lifestyle.
Casata is the brainchild of Aaron Levy, a local Austinite, talented architect, and experienced home developer. Upon realizing the need for this fresh living concept, Aaron founded Casata in Summer 2020, with Casata Austin as the very first community.

Areas of Expertise:
Sustainability Initiatives:
As a socially and environmentally conscious company, it is a top priority to create communities that drive a phenomenal resident experience and generate a more significant impact on society. Through sustainable construction methods, materials, and appliances, to green amenities such as electric vehicle charging stations and solar panels, we empower our residents to increase their impact by living in our communities. We also strongly support our local arts scene, from curating physical art for our community, to welcoming performing artists for exciting evening events.
