Element is the evolution of a new partnership between David White and Ramona Fry, Liz Piper and Billie Motsch. We have also added new junior partners, Liz Piper and Billie Motsch; two young professionals in the field with endless potential, fresh ideas and new perspectives to add to the mix. Together we bring the right blend of experience, art, and enthusiasm to our projects. We will continue to be a full-service site design firm, specializing in sustainable site development, civil engineering, campus master planning, and parks and recreational projects- but we have a new spark and sense of purpose. We bring the knowledge and experience of our senior partners, the tech-savvy and desire to learn and explore new ideas from our junior partners, and pair them with an overarching philosophy of sustainable and creative design.
