G4 Construction Management, a mid-sized general contractor of restaurants and hotels in the upper Midwest, was founded by David Greischar in 2004. Greischar has been in the business for over 40+ years, having previously founded in 1976 and worked as the co-owner of Tech Builders Inc., a large national commercial contracting company.
