Greenfire Management Services, LLC is a Construction Management firm located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Founded in 2010, Greenfire is a wholly-owned company of the Potawatomi Business Development Corporation, the investment arm of the Forest County Potawatomi Community, and as such, maintains minority contractor status. As a Construction Manager, Greenfire acts as an extension of the owner’s team from the early project conceptual planning through project completion. We never self-perform any of the work – which means more competitive pricing on trade work and cost savings for the owner. Our employees bring decades of experience in preconstruction and construction management in all types of projects.
