The finished office has 14,000+ square feet of engineered American Gothic Hickory reclaimed wood flooring and wall paneling, which was pre-finished with a water-based polyurethane.
The beautiful open beam ceilings were hard to mitigate sound in so Maxxon Acousti-Mat double mat system, topped with 1 3/4" Commercial Topping were used to provide sound comfort and fire safety for the future occupants of the Ashton.
