Mariners Point Golf Center in Foster City, CA boasts both SimplyLEDs flagship RDW area fixture and its replacement, the gen 2 FLD-RS. The main golf course is lit with RDW in 240W & 320W, while the FLD-RS lights Mariners TopTracer Range (pictured front center) with 340W in narrow, flood dispersion.

The building automation system doesn't have a single switch: lighting, HVAC and window shades are controlled by the system. A roof-mounted weather station communicates the current conditions and the system finds the most cost-effective way to run the building at Beckhoff.
