The state-of-the-art Emergency Communications Facility for Hennepin County located in Plymouth, MN, will handle emergency calls, radio dispatch, and technical services for 37 communities, 23 law enforcement agencies and 21 fire departments in the region. Construction was completed by Stahl.

The complex design creates the appearance of a solid, corrugated wall during daylight hours. In the evening, the light filters through the perforated panels to reveal the interior against a solid backdrop.
