In order to bring the facade to life, Terreal facade team developed a three "notched" rainscreen.
The Skylark LED Pendants are customized with 16″ shades and black-and-white cloth cords. The exterior of the shades are White while the interior are Charcoal Granite. The LED features include 1250 lumens with a 2700K color temperature and a domed lens.
On nearby walls, the team selected a complementary Sinclair Stem Mount Pendant but chose to mount these on the wall for a unique look. The flush mount option keeps the fixture snug against the wall while a half-chrome bulb adds another layer of interest as it reflects the surrounding space.
A mix of vertical windows and natural slate by CUPACLAD® creates a unique exterior design while also providing durable building materials.
The Reading Room provides a comfortable atmosphere for guests to learn and gather at The BROWNstone.
