The newest addition to UCLA’s Anderson School of Management since 1995, the $80-million Marion Anderson Center is a 64,000 SF, 4-story student “lifecycle” complex designed to support the needs of students, alumni, and visitors at the Anderson School of Business.
The building is located within a composite commercial fabric of West University Avenue. CUPACLAD® façade system can be easily incorporated into any building design with its versatile aesthetic and high quality finish. CUPACLAD® 101 is a ventilated rainscreen cladding façade that uses invisible fixings.
Along with the restoration of the façade, the north side of the building had changed significantly, at least twice, Patrick says, since original construction, and his team got to work rebuilding certain elements to reflect the original design.
The exterior materials of One Museum Place feature three different slate patterns. Two of them use a traditional facade installation using screws. CUPACLAD® 101 LOGIC rainscreen cladding system was the third made up with invisible fixings.
