The Center at Lincoln is a 3-story, 77,500 SF, skilled nursing facility located on a 3-acre site. Wells Concrete was involved in this skilled nursing facility from conceptual design through erection, performing on an accelerated schedule of 21 weeks from notice to proceed to erection completion.
Wells Concrete provided insulated architectural wall panels for this project with an acid etch finish with reveals. The challenge with this project was to match the color of the existing limestone on the original structure.
The architect wanted to put a fresh spin on the Ashley Furniture brand and define the various components of the showroom and warehouse building without additional cost or installation difficulties.
