Spring Valley Medical Center is a six floor medical building with more than 100k square feet of medical office space and parking. Construction Specialties aluminum sunshades/vert-a-cade and BEMO's perforated panel system accent the garage levels allowing natural ventilation.
Marshall Flats offers studio rental apartments as well as on-site social services. The combination of various colors of brick, glass, fiber cement, and metal cornices gives the building a unique interior and exterior design.
