Rapidly expanding Williams County determined it was time to expand their overcrowded jail and Law Enforcement Center facility located downtown. Wells Concrete provided more than 36,000 square feet of precast concrete including double tee roof pieces and insulated exterior wall panels.

This project includes the expansion of the Ward County Government Campus to include an addition to their jail, a courthouse remodel, and a new four-story office building. Wells Concrete provided insulated architectural wall panels with an acid etch finish with reveals.
