Station 19 partnered with Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge - Rochester to design a women’s dormitory and community space that would meet their expanding facility needs while providing the security and resources that their residents and staff needed.
This Hillrom project was a tenant occupied project and included a new front entry and canopy, additional exterior windows, tiered concrete patio, new LED lighting, stainless steel cable rail stairs at the lobby, and upgraded finishes throughout the space.
The hallway from the second floor provides views to the first floor as well as stunning light structures for this 10,000 SF building.
Friendly Express needed an exterior light that not only illuminated the entrance but provided a design that matches the exterior.
