Wrapped in glass and masonry, the 149,000 square foot office building is open for business and makes a huge impact in the Cherry Creek North neighborhood. This project was completed by Wells Concrete.
Wells Concrete in Denver, CO designed a system that minimized floor depth by using a 10” thick rib slab plus 4” of topping for a total depth of 14”.
