When you look at the new Bank of America near Southdale, you’re drawn to the architectural aesthetic and prime location. Look closer and you’ll appreciate the fine concrete work – compliments of Axel Ohman.
Allen & Major Associates used the umbriano paver by Unilock in Summer Wheat which gives the space uniformity and interest. The neutral color allows the seating colors to pop.
As visitors enter the building their focus is immediately taken to the central staircase that serves both as an impressive design feature as well as the main vertical circulation spine in the building. TKDA provided design and civil engineering services for this project.

The first of its kind in the region, the Iris Cantor Men’s Health Center at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medical Center provides one-stop comprehensive medical services for men.
The main vehicle entrance at the Rapid City Regional Airport Rescue and Firefighting Station. Gage Brothers provided the precast for the structure.
