Unlike SEI’s South Campus buildings, the metal wall panel systems on Valley View were not fabricated and finished on site. Instead, factory-fabricated wall cladding systems were manufactured by two companies and installed by HK Panel Systems.
Climate Seal's magnetic vinyl extrusion is strong, yet lightweight and a much better insulator than aluminum. It will help prevent condensation and will not deteriorate from the sun’s UV rays, as well as moldings made from ABS plastic.
