The Heritage Parking Garage features 300 spaces. It is a four-level precast structure that re-used existing foundation from previous garage and is set up for horizontal expansion.
In developing the structure of this project, we used a second mix color of dark charcoal to convert some of the project’s façade to our Infinite Façade, which increased our scope substantially.

To make 8200 Tower stand out, a stainless steel grid was designed on the facade to give it a unique identity and presence.
