The Cope Gillette Theatre was a joint venture renovation between Designs Northwest Architects and Dykman Architects. The theater was originally built as the Bank of Everett headquarters in downtown Everett, Washington.

The original design, captured in the 1910 linen construction drawings, provided a reference for the interior and exterior restoration while providing a framework and vocabulary for the rehabilitation, renovation, and modernization of the building.
University of Texas added a new research and teaching hospital to their Dallas Campus. This facility encompasses 13 floors and 1.3 million square feet. Childress Engineering Services was responsible for all engineering analysis of all unitized curtain wall systems and embeds.

Some features of this 54,100 SF project include The Tipping Point, a fast-casual restaurant inside the store, the largest walk-in beer cooler in town, a bakery/deli department, a meat/seafood department with an in-house smoker, and multiple stands with freshly prepared food.
Architectural Resources, Inc designed the interior renovation for their existing dental clinic at Lake Superior Dental office. ARI's design customized the space to the business’ needs while refreshing the existing footprint to maximize space utilization.
Spring restaurant is located at the base of the historic Douglas Building in downtown Los Angeles.
