Nilands in-house pattern and machine shop recreated the cast iron foundry tooling needed for an exact replication of the original 1920's light pole. Each section of the iron casting was sand blasted and several layers of paint removed revealed the raw iron casting.
Millennium Form used their Flush reveal panel in stainless material, a polished finish, and in a Bronze Mill color.

Run II ergonomic task/work chairs featuring ergonomic 90 degree roll back arms & synchro controls with seat depth adjustments. All seats are proprietary Via comfort foam. Backs feature 4-way elastomeric stretch & an integrated lumbar support.
When soldiers come to Candlewood Suites, their comfort was at the top of the designers mind.
They installed sound reducing drywall to help eliminate the noise between the rooms. This allows the guest to enjoy their room without hearing other guests and normal hotel sounds.
