This is one of the featured parts of the shopping center because Chase Bank wanted it that way.
Located on 21st Street and 11th Avenue, the building’s footprint is a trapezoidal space. The greatest challenge was including the typical “white box” exhibition room without disrupting the space’s flow.
The project works with the potential of lines to shape space and is composed of a series of rays projecting from the frame to emphasize this border and expand the visual experience into a spatial one.
