The exterior of the 54 Middlesex Turnpike located in Bedford, MA. With complete exterior modernization, elevators within a 3-story glass atrium opened accessibility to all floors. Seventy parking places were added to maximize the property without environmental disturbance, by Dacon.
Dacon constructed a 94,000 build-to-suit facility encompassing offices, wet laundry and dry side space with 25 loading docks.
To ensure lighting quality, a single full display prototype took place from late 2019 to early 2020. LEDCONN’s rapid prototyping capabilities helped further accelerate the retailer approval process for the fabricator.
