The bar’s name is alluded to in the materiality and design, but in a modern way, like with these custom booths upholstered with reclaimed patchwork sailcloth.

The fenestration of the front facade of HK Restaurant in New York, NY is to mimic the design of the garage doors. These doors fully open to the outside and along with the sidewalk tables give the feeling of alfresco dining in the summer.
