To address the issue of safety, Dacon planned a staged approach to be instituted while students were on summer break.
The project was executed in 2 phases, the first by adding 200 cars and 46 truck trailer spaces, followed by a new 47,000 SF warehouse and 15,300SF conversion of dry goods storage to a cooler room.

To enable feasible changes in equipment upgrades, a masonry opening was covered with a 7 foot glass window that allowed MRI equipment to be extracted. By facilitating DPH approval, Dacon completed this design build project within 8 months.

goal was to advance margins through consolidating operations, increasing process efficiencies, and facilitating distribution. The key challenge was remaining functional while under construction.
The 40,000 SF skating facility entailed stadium seating, support facilities and an equipped machine room.
In conducting an analysis of current building conditions, they identified support systems necessary to accommodate manufacturing and distribution processes.
