The glass encased turret at the northwest corner of the building encompasses a lounge full of energy including game consoles, social seating arrangements and seated views to the city.
The building consists of roof framing with a metal roof deck on steel joists and is supported by steel beams and columns. The building is inspired by the Victory Memorial Parkway with wood-finish ceilings and Douglas fir structural columns.
