The project was executed in 2 phases, the first by adding 200 cars and 46 truck trailer spaces, followed by a new 47,000 SF warehouse and 15,300SF conversion of dry goods storage to a cooler room.
Refrigeration was the critical issue needing prioritization at Gordon Food Service. To stay completely operational, Dacon built a new refrigeration space around the existing area without disturbing sales volume.

Utilizing natural material selection and feng shui principles, Dacon renovated a second floor, 10,000 SF space within a retail block featuring concrete composite desks, slate floors and curved windows to expand natural lighting and exterior vistas.
