HQ Apartments is a 17-story, 307-unit apartment complex developed and constructed by Kraus-Anderson. The windows throughout the building were provided by Pella, using their Pella® Impervia® windows for its durable and stylish finish.
The design intent was to create a rustic industrial space that felt indicative of a beer garden. The team chose the Blue Collar Pendant light to accent the kitchen island.
