After relocating to a new home 20 minutes from Gentle Giant's existing location, the property was refitted by Dacon to incorporate 80 cubicles, 11 executive offices, 4 conference rooms and communal spaces to support a strong collaborative culture centered on equality.
Dacon phased this project to accommodate the scholastic season, the client received $81,000 back in GMP savings.
A 360 FT suspension glass walkway was created between the main campus and style center/gym to facilitate pedestrian traffic. Total project completion was in 10 months.

Employing the efficient processes of design build, a 96,000 SF 3-story office building was created that included a style out center, product development library, 270˚ vista employee fitness room and vendor viewing rooms.

Using a 4-month time frame, Dacon focused on modernizing and expanding the existing office location. The second-floor was redesigned to accommodate 16 offices, 2 conference rooms and seating for 92 employees using a configuration that maximized existing window space and natural light.
Utilizing natural material selection and feng shui principles, Dacon renovated a second floor, 10,000 SF space within a retail block featuring concrete composite desks, slate floors and curved windows to expand natural lighting and exterior vistas.
