A 25,000 SF fit-up was designed for their Chapel View location. The design, consisting of 2 floors, includes an open office work environment, entrance lobby, conference space, training room, restroom, and café.
With a consolidated timeline and funds, the design build’s scope and cost option process kept the project moving forward while the vision was finalized. Tones, colors, and decorative elements reflect metal, a founding material to their business.
The primary goal for this building was to create a space that enforces corporate brand identity, creating a driving force and sense of purpose that is so compelling that it empowers employees and clients to action.
Additionally, centralized collaborative areas reinforce the firm’s values of transparency and community.

Open kitchen space connected to a lounge is available for employees of this Ortho RI location.
Both Senior Metal Bellows office buildings will be joined by a 32 FT shaded glass atrium providing westerly views. Several years in the planning, this expansion provides maximum build-out on the site, ensuring a continued future.
The project was executed in 2 phases, the first by adding 200 cars and 46 truck trailer spaces, followed by a new 47,000 SF warehouse and 15,300SF conversion of dry goods storage to a cooler room.
The main design goal was flexible space while still incorporating the brand's coloring.
Expanded office space, a clean, modern aesthetic, and build-out of mezzanine/bar area created communal spaces that reinforced culture.
