The project was executed in 2 phases, the first by adding 200 cars and 46 truck trailer spaces, followed by a new 47,000 SF warehouse and 15,300SF conversion of dry goods storage to a cooler room.

Expanded office space, a clean, modern aesthetic, and build-out of mezzanine/bar area created communal spaces that reinforced culture.
A 360 FT suspension glass walkway was created between the main campus and style center/gym to facilitate pedestrian traffic. Total project completion was in 10 months.
This addition to Senior Metal Bellows consists of a first-floor manufacturing space with a second-story open floor plan for corporate offices, a full-service lunchroom, and an anterior entrance.
The traditional, closed-off preexisting space was opened with glass-walled offices and conference rooms.
The design rationale for this LEED facility centers on 4 functional domains - manufacturing, labs, offices and warehousing. LEED initiatives include provisions for future solar setup, reduced water usage, high efficiency cooling systems and dark sky compliant lighting.
Rapid occupancy was this clients primary concern so that growth, testing and client deadlines were not impeded.
The primary goal for this office fit-up was to harmonize interior elements with expansive landscape vistas. Curved windows maximizing natural light, while neutral tones with slate and granite accents marry the office to heritage structures within the Chapel View complex.
