The project goal of creating more green space along with the limited
site resulted in the design of a 4,500 sf green roof plaza. The green roof is irrigated with captured rainwater and building condensate which is collected into two 5,000 gallon storage tanks.
Additional custom OCL fixtures can be found punctuating hallways and meetings rooms throughout the hotel.
The inviting lobby at Nilan Johnson Lewis offices in Minneapolis, Minnesota. ASI Americana Hardwoods were used to contribute to the interior office design.
