Many historical design remnants remain in the five-story, 124-room hotel including exposed timber and brick, tall ceilings, and original industrial elements. The original character of the building was combined with locally-inspired interior finishes, decorative accents, and artwork.
Flexible work stations, places to meet up and recharging areas at the HealthRise Solutions office create a feeling of work/life balance and facilitate community are all design briefs for the modern workplace.
