MODUS was challenged with renovating an existing building without as-builts. The scope of work included reworking existing equipment and pipe routing throughout the building. Part of the project included an addition for the new entrance/lobby into the Women's Center.

Matching the appearance was a sensitive issue; the original building featured a Flemish bond brick that was hand-laid, with tolerances that varied in coursing and layout. Window combinations and exterior doors were recreated from historical photographs, remnants of trim found on-site and extant drawings of the school. Every window was custom-designed to specially fit each individual opening.
