Building occupants can automatically tint the complete facade depending on the degree of daylight, heat, and glare coming into the space. SageGlass efficiently manages the building energy consumption by reducing the energy cooling loads and artificial light.
The hotel landscaping design with a view of the exterior of the Hyatt Regency hotel in Bloomington, MN, featuring the precast system and hollowcore by Wells Concrete.
Wells Concrete produced and erected 73,657 square feet of precast concrete for this project. Precast construction includes 414 members of insulated wall panels showcasing a thin brick and sandblast architectural finish.
The foundation of The Godfrey Hotel's 15,000 square foot rooftop patio was created using Bison Versadjust Pedestals and 2×4 Ipê Smooth Wood Tiles for the deck surface.
