Woodwright custom created and installed two sets of monumental stairs on this massive, sprawling corporate campus using specialty Box Treads and ¾” thick tempered glass risers.
The “bones” of this property stretch far beyond the occupiable space. The building is surrounded by roughly 42,000 square feet of horizontal granite and concrete surfaces that needed protection against weather and significant foot traffic.
A project team including Walsh Construction; Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM); and Wiss, Janney, Elstner (WJE) Associates was assembled, the latter serving as the exterior envelope consultant on the massive restoration.
JLL was selected to provide Program and Project Management for the construction of this significant project, with Austin Commercial Services as the General Contractor, PhiloWilke as the Architect, and SSA as the Engineer.
