Colorado Center Tower 3 is a podium-style office tower with ground level retail, a 6 level garage for 400 cars, and 203,000 ft2 of offices on 8 floors, topped by a roof terrace. This project was completed by Wells Concrete.
The design at Piper Jaffray was complemented by iSpace Environments furnishings to create a dynamic space.
The wall and ceiling panels at the 25 Kent office building are separated by custom LED lights. The Brookland Steel finish was custom designed by Gensler.
