The 8200 Tower is an 11-story office building with an adjacent 5-level parking ramp. Braun Intertec provided the design team with a geotechnical evaluation summarizing the subsurface soil and groundwater conditions and provided recommendations for the design of multiple soil bearing pressures to optimize footing sizes.
