Work inspired – to truly inspire a workforce, you must understand how an individual makes an emotional connection with both their work and their colleagues – how they assign meaning, and how they build trust.  The physical environments in which we see most people thrive are inspired by nature.  The natural world is a place you can find yourself deeply connected to something beyond yourself while simultaneously nurturing the needs of the individual.  To replicate these complex and compelling emotions in the workplace, your environments must be varied and inclusive of the range of various individual’s needs.  For to design for the individual – for their nuanced way of working and their chosen motivation - is to design for work inspired.
