Having outgrown her original hospital, Dr. Yvonne Stemwedel began searching for a new location to build-out a larger facility. The low stock of suitable existing buildings in Petaluma steered her toward acquiring a vacant site on which to build a brand new building. As luck would have it, she found and purchased a previously undeveloped site just four blocks south of her current hospital. Architecture and design provided by Animal Arts.
