The Boelter Team worked with Foodservice Directors and design consultants,
installing all equipment for a new cafeteria and servery that provides a la carte offerings for patients, visitors, and staff. Helping to improve efficiency and keep employees and visitors eating on site, grab ‘n go and action stations featuring freshly made pizza and sandwiches were also added.
