Due to the height of the building, design assistance was utilized to help engineer unique shear wall
base connections for large wind loads. In addition, the vault area was very congested with steel.
Gage Brothers was able to work with the engineers to maneuver our precast through these tight
areas.
During construction, space was always a consideration when working on this tight jobsite in the
downtown area. Working closely with the construction managers, Gage Brothers coordinated the
numerous deliveries of precast panels each day while working around large commercial equipment
to accommodate the limited space available for drop off.
