The vintage bar, situated on one side of the space, was once owned by Colorado native and boxing legend Jack Dempsey who fought in the early 1900s. The previous tenant had it installed in the early 1970s, and Chris was thrilled to incorporate this piece of history into the restaurant. The architect chose to highlight the bar with 11 Avalon Pendants crafted from Raw Copper.
