Multi-family development with eight-stories and 44-units. One of the biggest challenges was its location - on one of San Francisco's steepest hills and at the only cable car crossing in the city. Meticulous coordination was key in ensuring amooth material deliveries and the safety of the project team. The building's shape presented challenges with radius walls, bay windows, and the way the building teirs outward.
The building includes a mixture of exterior slab-toslab and balloon framing, to highlight the exterior finish with setup, and logistics, to create a continuous look around the building. The finished product highlight the high-quality craftsmanship intalled.
