The interior spaces, at The Bridges, needed to be hip and vibrant to attract its ideal residents – students enrolled in Virginia Tech’s medical program at the satellite campus near Downtown Roanoke. Due to the aggressive construction schedule posed by the developer, another challenge was to specify furniture that could arrive on-site within two months.
