McGough Construction worked with Tate Inc to help them create their flexible office concept.
With flexible workstations, huddle areas and break stations included in the office design, raised access floors were an obvious choice to create a more flexible office space.
Now, as the office layout changes, desks and offices are added or removed, or huddle spaces are relocated, the floor panels can be lifted and rearranged to easily accommodate those changes. And with Underfloor Service Distribution, power, voice and data cabling can be rerouted under the floor to accommodate the new office layout.
This can all be done easily and with relatively little interruption to the day-to-day business operations.
