The former Steam Plant, built as a power-generating plant in 1907, has undergone a nearly $4 million renovation, which included both state and federal historic tax credits.
The tower openings were fitted with SCW5000 and SCW2500 Series windows, not only providing thermal and energy efficiency, but also historic accuracy.
