Utilizing a Tate raised access floor system allowed Exelon to capture their desired aesthetic while still utilizing both underfloor power and data distribution systems, as well as an underfloor air distribution system which optimizes the air quality and individual comfort for both the 600-seat central trading floor and the workplaces of the building’s approximately 1,500 employees.
