Phyllis Tilley Memorial Bridge's concrete deck in a 368-foot long steel stressed ribbon/arch combination bridge supported by steel plate “ribbons” that are draped over a central steel arch. Interesting by day, the bridge becomes striking at night illuminated by a combination of white and blue LED lights.
