Six historic medallions that once adorned the front of the Star Tribune’s headquarters are a prominent addition to the Wells Fargo Downtown East office towers.
The medallions represent six principal industries in the Upper Midwest — agriculture, dairy, lumber, milling, mining and tourism.
The medallions were transported to Sioux Falls (S.D.), where Gage Brothers team members used the utmost care to create new precast panels for each historic gem.
