HarborChase provides quality and compassionate senior care services to their resident community. Their philosophy is highlighted through the individual values outlined in their mission statement: Respect, Attentiveness, Integrity, Stewardship and Excellence.
In 2019, construction began on the HarborChase senior living community in Stuart, Florida, the latest facility to feature assisted living, memory care and respite care services. Paul Trent, Boelter’s Project Manager, directly managed the foodservice equipment supply and installation of the HarborChase kitchen; a design that focused on enhancing the overall dining experience for its residents.
The state-of-the art kitchen equipment that was procured and installed included (but was not limited to): Captive Air Hood Systems, Cleveland Kettle and Steamers, Pitco Fryers and a variety of Structural Concept display cases. Adding to this list, and clearly standing out as the highlight of the kitchen’s offerings, was the installation and display of a unique Woodstone Pizza Oven.
