Oaks Union Depot has transformed the existing surface parking lot at 244 East 4th Street into 70 apartment units with dedicated amenity spaces and underground parking. The building design maintains the scale, rhythm, and continuity of the adjacent buildings in this historic district, and defines the street edge across from the historic Union Depot courtyard.
