The physician/owners of a growing dermatology practice desired to create a new building to house their clinic and lease space for other professionals. The site, located at the intersection of a heavily traveled commercial corridor and the entry to an upscale residential development was formerly a family farm. The material choices, building scale, and design elements are a result of design standards for the subdivision as well as the clinic’s location on a former farm.
